Thanks for your interest in volunteering at Village Fest!

If you plan to volunteer at this years event please read the following information. Be sure you are able to attend one of the mandatory workshops and then click the link below to fill out your Village Fest Volunteer Vitals. (Even if you volunteered in the past, you must sign up for this year.)

Event Date:
September 12, 2026

(Please arrive before 4pm on day of the event to get checked in for volunteering.)

Mandatory Workshop Dates:

(You just need to be able to attend ONE of the following meetings)

  • Wednesday 8-26-2026 @ 6PM
  • Thursday 8-27-2026 @ 6PM
  • Saturday 8-29-2026 @ 9AM

Workshop Location: Lori Brock Lawn at the Kern County Museum
Volunteers need to check-in at the meeting in person and bring government-issued photo ID to get their T-shirt.
